After months of being on zoom, my eyes have gotten worse. I wear reading glasses and have had to get stronger glasses. These exercises are so simple to do and afterwards, everything looks more crisp and clear. Plus, my eyes just feel better, which makes me feel better.
I’m in front of a screen for hours at a time and by the end of the day, my eyes are fried. This course is so easy to use and after doing 5-minutes of exercises, I can feel my eyes relax and my whole body feels better. It’s a great way to end my day so that I can feel good all evening.
